Coaching day with Ciaran - Sat Dec 6th 01/12/2008
A quick note about a coaching day with Ciaran on Sat 6th dec. Open to all members.
We will be meeting for spin with Ciaran at 10am at the Bank of Ireland. There will be a 2 - 2.5hr spin followed by a sit down session at 2pm in St Paul’s Hall (same place as AGM).
Could all those Club Members interested in attending please let Conor know. Text him on 087 8143882 or e-mail conmcgra@gmail.com. We need to know how many people we will have. So far only 3 people have responded to the information letter. Don't just assume that we know you will be there.
